UX Design Team Lead

Currently, we are looking for a remote UX Design Team Lead to join our global team

responsibilities

Report to digital platform head
Communicate with digital platform head on stream strategic vision and on ongoing team/product/process updates
Onboarding and ongoing support for suite leads
On-demand communication with project teams on strategy, roadmap, staffing and any other ongoing issues
Provide Digital Platform Design vision
Approve suite design roadmaps
Approve suite design processes
Staffing (approve any changes with team composition)
Suite status analysis
Lead/coordinate/contribute/participate in digital platform/stream/suite design initiatives
Coordinate work and vision with SWAT team

requirements

6+ years of experience as UX Designer
2+ year of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of CX/EX Digital Design
Strong knowledge of User Experience Design
Design Discovery Preparation and Facilitation experience
Experience & Innovation Consulting
