Web Publisher 40 hrs/week, 12+ months

We are looking for a remote Web Publisher (Content & Website Management) professional with 1+ years of prior experience with Content Management Software (CMS) and web publishing.


  • Responsible for content management. You will oversee a team to ensure the EPAM content is current, accurate, and complies with prevailing publishing standards
    • Develop a full understanding of our custom CMS, build templated individual articles and facilitate the enhancement of complex programs and pages
      • Work closely with SEO, and marketing analysts to develop a strategy
        • Be a part of the product development team to understand how CMS components will be built and published
          • Upload, update and maintain web pages to be timely and error-free
            • Add formatting, headlines, and hyperlinks to finished content using content management system (CMS) tools and HTML
              • Find and update broken links, outdated images, formatting errors utilizing crawl tools
                • Workflow maintenance: analyze, automate, and support the publishing workflow process to ensure that assignments are flowing through the steps properly; assess and mitigate any blockers
                  • Work closely day to day with project managers and collaborate with teammates to prioritize daily tasks and projects to ensure high-quality, on-deadline content deliverables to all stakeholders


                    • Experience in site content audit, e-commerce, digital content management, web publishing, or related domain space
                      • Basic knowledge of semantic HTML (hyperlinks, paragraph formatting, tables, and lists)
                        • Knowledge and experience with WordPress or Content Management Software (CMS)
                          • Basic copyediting/writing experience
                            • Ability to collaborate with editors, compliance, designers, project managers, and web development teams
                              • Good English is written and strong verbal communication skills
                                • Ability to meet tight deadlines while working independently to manage multiple publishing projects
                                  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
