Currently, we're looking for a remote Senior Java Developer for Financial Service
Company.
Our customer is a financial service company for residential Real Estate investors and self-employed recent credit event borrowers
responsibilities
- Develop backend Java code on AWS using industry standards
- Connect to third-party services to provide access to critical components of the system
- Team work with architect and ba/dev/qa/dev ops teams
- Help to create and maintain the Backend/Cloud/Amazon Web Services code for Product 2.0
- Work with client and EPAM team during discovery sessions
- Lead Dev team to build Backend/Cloud/Amazon Web Services code and configurations
requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering and development using Java
- Advanced knowledge of Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, Restful services
- Experience of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Good interpersonal skills, analytical mind, get things done attitude, and passion for engineering excellence
- Good understanding of concepts in OOP, design patterns
- Experience of relational database technologies e.g., SQL Server, Oracle
- Well versed with using version control tools (Git)
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, experience in Agile Scrum process
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changes in priorities and requirements
- Active learner who is passionate about technology and keeps up to date with technology changes
- Good communication skills
- English level: B2+
