Senior Java Software Engineer for a Biotechnology Company
We are currently looking for a remote Senior Java Software Engineer with 3+ years of development experience with Java 8, Spring and Spring Boot skills to join our team.
The customer is a biotechnology company, which engages in the discovery, invention, development, manufacture, and commercialization of medicines.
responsibilities
- Develop the components of different levels of complexity
- Implement new product functionality
- Maintain an existing codebase
- Participate in code review sessions
- Contribute to the application architecture design
- Develop new functionality
- Fix bugs if needed
- Communicate with the developers from other teams regarding the application’s functionality
requirements
- 3+ years of development experience with Java 8
- Experience with Spring and Spring Boot
- Knowledge of Sprint Cloud
- Hibernate and JOOQ skills
- Solid experience developing microservices architecture
- Experience with RabbitMQ
- Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, queries execution plan and optimization
- Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
nice to have
- Knowledge of Camunda
- React.js, Node.js skills
- Experience with MongoDB
- Splunk skills
- Knowledge of New Relic
