Senior Python Developer for a Media Company
Currently, we are looking for a remote Senior Python Developer to join our team.
The customer is a Canadian-American multinational media conglomerate. The company was founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where it is headquartered at the Bay Adelaide Centre.
responsibilities
- Performing new features implementation (s.a. processes automatization, functionality expansion)
- Performing new partner ingestion (fill partner configuration and debug all partner’s files handling process through the code, implement special handlers if needed)
- Working with old and legacy code refactoring
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies
- Updating Jira for tracking purposes
- Self-learning and ability to work independently
- Being careful and attentive to the details
requirements
- 3+ years of Python development experience
- Knowledge of Clean Code principles
- Good Knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, XML and XHTML
- Experience with Linux, Shell Script
- Experience with version control (e.g., CVS, SVN, Git)
- English level B2+
nice to have
- Experience with Agile development
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of Spectre
