Lead Software Testing Engineer for EPAM 40 hrs/week, 12+ months

Currently, we are looking for a Lead Software Testing Engineer with 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, and Functional Testing expertise to join our distributed testing team.

This is a real opportunity to take part in the internal EPAM project, an enterprise program targeted at creating a new-generation software delivery platform with transparent productivity and efficiency, putting software development automation at the next level. The program is driven by goals with critical potential of significant impact on EPAM and software industry footprint in general.

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of a critical Infrastructure set of components supporting delivery platform
  • Tight collaboration with program stakeholders and EPAM BSS department

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant leadership experience in leading of small size (2-3 ppl) distributed testing team: workload planning/monitoring/controlling, team supervision/coordination
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle web application testing: test planning and estimations, requirements analysis, test design, test documentation creation (test plan/strategy, test cases, test result reports), execution of different testing types/approaches (GUI/UI, integration, e2e, smoke, new features, regression testing), bug and test results reporting
  • Experience in working in an agile environment (Scrum)
  • Ability to work in BY time zone (UTC + 3:00)
  • English level B1+ and higher
