Senior Android Software Engineer with Kotlin for a Consumer Electronic Retailer

We are currently looking for a remote Senior Android Software Engineer with understanding of the application life cycle, basic knowledge of SQL and Unit Test writing experience to join our team.

The client is a group of companies represented by a network of retail stores selling electronics and household appliances in Russia.

Responsibilities

• Development of a mobile application as part of a mixed team with a customer and another vendor

Requirements

• Understanding of the application life cycle and how the application interacts with Android
• Understanding of Clean Architecture, MVP, MVVM, MVI
• Understanding of the basic principles of working with multithreading
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Experience in developing client-server applications
• Understanding of REST-API work would be a plus
• Understanding and experience with single activity
• Unit Test writing experience
• Knowledge of Kotlin coroutines
• Experience in using and configuring CI / CD (Dagger 2 / Koin)
• Experience with Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket
• Experience with Sketch / Zeplin / Figma
• Experience with Google Analytics, Firebase
