Minimum of 10 years of practical hands-on experience in software development
At least 2 year of experience as a Software Architect
At least 3 projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work during the last 3 years
Proficiency in .NET, Angular, and Mobile Native development
Strong understanding of architecture governance frameworks and best practices
Ability to lead architecture governance processes and provide guidance to project teams
Proven track record of evaluating and assessing architectural designs and solutions against governance criteria
