- Collaborate with the architect and ba/dev/qa/dev ops teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project
- Develop backend Java code on AWS using industry standards
- Connect to third-party services to provide access to critical components of the system
- Provide technical support and guidance to the development teams
- Perform code reviews and hands-on development
- Conduct POC and research to improve the system architecture
- Solve challenges, issues, and problems related to the mortgage landing domain
- Strong experience in a key backend/cloud/Amazon Web Services developer role for previous projects
- 3+ years of experience in Java programming and Spring Boot framework
- Extensive experience working with Amazon Web Services and AWS Lambda
- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams
- Experience in React js
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with PostgreSQL database and JPA
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker containerization
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
- Experience with Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with Node.js
- Knowledge of Docker containerization
