You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions and accelerate the development of GenAI-based capabilities. Join our team as a remote Lead Full Stack Node.js Developer , responsible for authoring client-side single page applications in React, with a primary focus on backend development. You will drive innovation and creativity within the team, identifying opportunities for the application of new technology to solve customer problems for expert solutions in health, legal, tax, and compliance. As a lead developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer research teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for solutions to customer pain points. Your responsibilities will include developing full-stack applications, including web applications, microservices, and cloud-based solutions to incubate the integration of new technology and demonstrate value to business partners.

We are seeking a remote Senior Full Stack Node.js Developer , responsible for authoring client-side single page applications in React, with a primary focus on backend development. Also, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer research teams, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for solutions to customer pain points. Your responsibilities will include developing full-stack applications, including web applications, microservices, and cloud-based solutions to incubate the integration of new technology and demonstrate value to business partners.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience and hold a Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills in English with at least B2+ proficiency

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing and developing applications and microservices with expertise in Full Stack Java, Cloud, Angular, and AWS. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable working in a SCRUM team and have experience with most of the technologies listed below. As the Lead Developer, strong communication and client-facing skills are crucial to mentor other developers and collaborate with peers.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of a new search service to replace our current database-based search. You will work closely with the architects to design the architecture of the solution and with the product managers on the business side.
