We are seeking a Middle Network Engineer to join our client L3 Support Team in Mexico City.
This role requires a skilled individual who can configure and troubleshoot a broad range of technologies like LAN, WAN, Firewall, Server, and SD-WAN. You will be responsible for monitoring network systems, analyzing incidents, and identifying performance issues proactively. In addition, you will collaborate with L3 network teams to support edge networks, utilizing industry best practices in Cisco IOS and SD-WAN platforms. As a member of the team, you will create and develop functional requirements of infrastructure systems to improve quality, performance, external interfaces, and constraints.
responsibilities
- Configure and troubleshoot a wide range of technologies like LAN, WAN, Firewall, Server, and SD-WAN
- Monitor network systems, analyze incidents, and identify performance issues proactively
- Analyze infrastructure needs during new project requirement analysis
- Collaborate with L3 network teams to support edge networks, utilizing industry best practices Cisco IOS and SD-WAN platforms
- Create and develop functional requirements of infrastructure systems to improve quality, performance, external interfaces, and constraints
- Maintain and monitor all network and server systems to meet the current and future requirements, using monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations tools
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Firewall
- Proficiency in Monitoring tools, Network Monitoring, SolarWinds AlertCentral, SolarWinds Database Performance Analyzer, and SolarWinds Security Event Manager
- Sound knowledge of Cisco IOS and SD-WAN platforms
- Experience in analyzing infrastructure needs during new project requirement analysis
- Ability to maintain and monitor all network and server systems to meet current and future requirements, using monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
- Ability to work with L3 network teams to support edge networks, utilizing industry best practices

- Fluent in Spanish
- Familiarity with ITIL principles
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure management
