We are seeking a Senior CX/UX Researcher to join our remote team.

As a Senior CX/UX Researcher, your primary focus will be to collaborate with the product leadership to understand the user(s) and the needs of the business, as well as interact with processes and systems to identify research needs and execute them. You will guide the product team in strategic decision-making, from identifying key user needs to the end of the envisioning process, followed by continuous usability testing of existing and new patterns. You will explore the behaviors and motivations of our users through methods like contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability testing. You will be an ambassador of design thinking and a user-centered process.
