Senior Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our remote team, working on the development, deployment, and maintenance of a laboratory information management system. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software code, building and maintaining infrastructure and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and standards for software development.

responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software code using Java and Spring Boot framework
    • Build and maintain the infrastructure and tools needed for efficient deployment of software code
      • Write scripts for automation of the software development cycle
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and standards for software development
          • Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate with third-party systems
            • Ensure the highest level of security, performance, stability, and scalability of the laboratory information management system
              requirements
              • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
                • 3+ years of work experience in Java
                  • Strong skills in React.js and experience with Spring Boot framework and microservices
                    • Experience with CI/CD, Amazon Web Services, and ServiceNow
                      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams
                        • B2+ English level or higher
                          nice to have
                          • CSS, Gitlab experience is a plus
