Senior Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, working on a project for a leading consumer goods company.

In this position, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a focus on improving Sales and Service Clouds. You will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that the solutions are aligned with business requirements and delivered to the highest standard.

responsibilities
  • Design and develop Salesforce solutions, with a focus on improving Sales and Service Clouds
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure that solutions are aligned with business requirements
  • Perform requirements analysis, designing and developing solutions to meet business needs
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions
  • Ensure that code is well-documented, tested, and follows best practices
  • Participate in code review sessions, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with the team
  • Manage and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines
requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales and Service Clouds
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform, including Salesforce Query and Search Language (SOQL and SOSL)
  • Experience in requirements analysis, designing, and developing solutions to meet business needs
  • Experience in maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
nice to have
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, demonstrating an advanced level of expertise in Salesforce development
  • Proficiency in Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for developing responsive and dynamic user interfaces
  • Expertise in Salesforce Apex, particularly in developing custom controllers and extensions
