We are currently seeking a Senior Workday Integration Developer to join our remote team.
The primary focus of this role is to design, build, and support Workday Integrations and Reports with Pave using your expertise in Integration Platforms, Python, JavaScript, Jira Automation, and Workato. You will be responsible for deeply understanding the details of the integration of outbound information for various sectors, such as Employee Demographic, Job Profiles, Sup Orgs, Locations, Location Hierarchy, Rating, Eligible Earning, Comp Data, Comp Plan Assignment, Role Assignment, and Promotion Data. Your solution for data syncing between Workday and Pave will confirm the schedule with stakeholders (Comp Team, People Tech, and People Ops). Your experience in integrating Workday Compensation modules with third-party providers will be an added advantage.
responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Workday Integrations and Reports with Pave using your expertise in Integration Platforms, Python, Workday, JavaScript, Jira Automation, and Workato
- Build a solution for data sync between Workday and Pave and confirm the schedule with stakeholders (Comp Team, People Tech, and People Ops)
- Understand the link between Talent Performance and the Compensation process
- Identify efficient integration solutions to support new and existing global programs
- Collaborate with teams across the company to implement new systems and features
- Create detailed documentation and system diagrams
- Configure and support Workato where necessary
requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing Workday Integrations, including RaaS, EIB, Cloud Connects, Document Transformation, and Studio
- Expertise in Integration Platforms, Python, and Workday
- In-depth knowledge of the Workday Compensation module and its integration with third-party providers
- Ability to identify efficient integration solutions to support new and existing global programs
- Experience in collaborating with teams across the company to implement new systems and features
- Excellent documentation and system diagramming skills
- Ability to work across geographies in differing time zones
- Fluent in English with an Upper-Intermediate competency level
nice to have
- Proficiency in Workato
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira workflows
