We're currently looking for a remote Senior DevOps Engineer who will play a crucial role in the Release Management team, focusing on implementing DevOps practices and utilizing the Copado platform in Salesforce projects.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing software releases, ensuring smooth deployments, and supporting the overall delivery process.

- Utilizing the Copado DevOps platform to establish efficient release management processes for Salesforce projects
- Coordinating and managing software releases, ensuring timely and error-free deployments
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize releases, and resolve any deployment issues
- Implementing and maintaining release pipelines, including version control, branching, and code merging
- Monitoring release progress and conducting post-release evaluations to identify areas for improvement
- Contributing to the establishment and improvement of DevOps practices and standards within the organization
- Providing support and assistance to the Support & Maintenance team for ongoing Salesforce project needs
requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with Copado as a DevOps/Release Manager in Salesforce projects
- Strong knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in the Salesforce platform and its associated tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience implementing and managing release pipelines, version control, and code merging
- Knowledge of release strategies and software release management processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent English language skills at a B2+ level

- Experience with release strategy planning and execution
- Prior experience in software release management
