Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are currently looking for a remote Associate Operational Specialist with excellent English skills and no prior IT experience.

This is an entry-level position that offers training in technical profiles analysis and validation, and the opportunity to work in an international team.

responsibilities

Analyzing profiles of IT specialists from various markets
Assisting in building the EPAM brand and attracting top talent to the company
Working with internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Collaborating with different departments

requirements

Strong English skills (B2+)
At least 0.5 years of experience in administrative work, sales, IT research, or any other field
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on past cases
Proactive and adaptable to changes in the business
Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
Fast learner
