Senior .NET Developer
We are currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team.
You will be responsible for developing new features, debugging issues, researching production support requests, and working on changes to legacy systems. This role requires a strong understanding of C# and the .NET Framework as well as solid experience in websites/web service development. You will be working with a team of developers in an Agile/Kanban environment, using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps to deliver high-quality code and solutions.
responsibilities
- Develop new features and enhancements for existing applications using .NET technologies
- Debug issues and fix patches in the database, IIS, and legacy systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code and solutions
- Research production support requests and provide data extracts as required
- Work with Apigee Integration, Azure DevOps, Google Cloud Platform, Jenkins, and other tools to deliver solutions efficiently
- Follow Agile/Kanban processes, participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
- Work with a mentor to continuously improve technical and soft skills
requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in C# and .NET Framework development, including websites/web service development
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Entity Framework, Unity Container or other IoC container
- Knowledge of SOLID design principles
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, .NET WCF, REST, WebAPI, and MS SQL
- Ability to quickly understand legacy systems and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Good knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodology and CI/CD pipeline understanding
- Strong communication skills in English to work collaboratively with remote team members

- Exposure to Apigee Integration, Azure DevOps, Google Cloud Platform, and Jenkins
- Proficiency in AngularJS, KnockoutJS, ASP.NET Core, SoapUI, and Octopus
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and Agile/Kanban techniques
- Understanding of Cloud design patterns
