We are currently seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our team remotely.

responsibilities

Define and deliver experience strategies for app and growth experiences
Use human-centered design methods to co-create and test solutions addressing real customer challenges
Develop user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for design validation and user research
Provide governance strategy including workflow, best practices, and relationship illustrations
Advise on architectural strategy and scope and staffing recommendations
Influence strategy for a project or product area based on actionable problem/opportunity statements
Facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and anticipate feedback to address proactively
Apply and adapt design and research processes to fit project needs
Develop empathy and insights about customers based on research and other data sources
Clearly communicate customer-centric goals when presenting design work
Define key goals across the design team and align with stakeholders and secondary team members
Envision an ideal state vision and bring it to life as a testable hypothesis

requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design or related field
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions for enterprise platforms
Expertise in developing customer journey maps and user flows to enhance user experiences
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools for user research and design validation
Strong understanding of design documentation and governance strategies for enterprise-level projects
Experience in developing and articulating a coherent UX vision based on actionable problem statements
Ability to facilitate idea generation with stakeholders and adapt design and research processes to fit project needs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communications for different audiences
Capability to bring together diverse stakeholders and align goals across organizational boundaries
Proficiency in creating clear and compelling design narratives and materials to explain design rationale

nice to have

Experience in enterprise platform design and governance strategy
Proficiency in using high fidelity design tools such as Figma for design implementation
