We are seeking a remote Lead LabVantage Developer to join our team.
Your primary focus will be to develop code in LabVantage for custom business logic, configure LabVantage to implement requested workflows, consult Business Analyst about LV capabilities and limitations, and develop integrations of LabVantage with other systems & lab tools. You will work closely with a team of Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to deliver quality results within the specified deadlines.

Work in a team (BA, Developers (incl. internal Client engineers), QA) by iterative sprints and closely collaborate at all team ceremonies: grooming, plannings, etc.

5+ years of relevant professional experience
1+ year of relevant leadership experience
Strong experience and knowledge of LabVantage LIMS development and customization
Expertise in developing integrations of LabVantage with other systems & lab tools
Experience in configuring LabVantage to implement requested workflows

At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
2+ years of relevant leadership experience
Strong experience and knowledge of LabVantage LIMS development and customization
Experience in configuring LabVantage to implement requested workflows
Expertise in developing integrations of LabVantage with other systems & lab tools
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Groovy
Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level
