We're looking for a remote Application Support Engineer for application support of an Atlassian product stack for the client.

The customer is a global leader in the construction industry. The client provides technology-leading products, systems, and services worldwide. We're looking for an Application Support Engineer for application support of an Atlassian product stack for the client.

responsibilities

• Well-versed with the administration of the following Atlassian Tools (all of them are mandatory)
• Well-versed with backups and upgrades of Atlassian tools
• General overview and understanding of Atlassian best practices
• Well versed with managing and understanding backend database (Oracle and MSSQL)
• Skillset for L2 application support and SLA management
• Ability to run SQL statements to extract data and make config changes on DB as and when required
• Sufficient knowledge for supporting the underlying infrastructure for Atlassian Tools
• Basic knowledge of Linux OS (RHEL) in order to make recommended changes to the configuration

requirements

• Experience with Atlassian crowd administration
• Possess RHCE/RHCSA – Red Hat Certified System Administrator/Red Hat certified Engineer
• Knowledge with running automated tests and load tests on Jira
• Worked on performance optimization for Atlassian tools
• Good knowledge of license management and patching
• Worked in application support environment
• Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
