- Define the performance testing strategy and benchmarking metrics
- Design and develop performance test scripts using Gatling
- Execute performance tests and analyze the results to identify any performance bottlenecks
- Monitor software performance post-release for future improvements
- Prepare performance test report and explain test results to stakeholders
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of tests
- 3+ years’ experience in performance testing using Gatling or similar tools in a lead role
- Extensive experience in .NET project environment
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently
- Ability to identify and analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
- Experience in application architecture and performance analysis
- B2+ English level proficiency
- Experience in using Confluence for documentation
- Experience in load testing using LoadRunner
- Knowledge in cloud computing platforms like Google GCP
- ISTQB certification
