Senior Content Strategist Jobs

In this role, you will be responsible for designing an exceptional experience for the virtual agent console and ChatGPT, along with defining and delivering the experience strategy. You will leverage human-centered design methods to address customer challenges and develop user journeys and user flows. Your work will involve providing wireframes and prototypes for concept testing, along with detailed visual and UX design supporting tactical efforts. You will provide governance strategy, including workflow, best practices, and documentation, while influencing strategy by articulating a coherent UX vision.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our enterprise architecture team remotely . In this role, you will develop IT design solutions aligned to the Enterprise Architecture framework and the customer's technology strategy and roadmaps. Your focus will be on providing design solutions for business units, functions, and technology domains. You will be responsible for designing, standardizing, and maintaining assurance practices within a multi-disciplined environment. You will assess and challenge demand, root cause, and cost-benefit analysis while keeping abreast of industry best practices and trends.

You will be responsible for designing an experience that focuses on the conversation platform, including virtual agent console and ChatGPT. Your work will include providing wireframes and prototypes for concept testing, detailed visual and UX design, and governance strategy, including workflow, best practices, and documentation. The successful candidate will be able to articulate a coherent UX vision and influence strategy, explore diverse design directions, and evaluate concepts.

You will collaborate with product leadership to understand the user and business needs and to identify research requirements. You will be responsible for guiding the product team in strategic decision-making, from identifying user needs to continuous usability testing of existing and new patterns. Your role involves creating understanding and empathy around user needs and exploring user behavior and motivations through methods like contextual inquiry, surveys, and usability testing.
