Associate Program Manager
We are looking for a remote Associate Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing parts of the project under the supervision of program leads. You will assist with documentation of requirements and work on software development projects where Agile engineering methods are applied. You will keep program leads informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule and inform program leads of any risks/issues that impact the program.
responsibilities
- Drive execution of smaller, clearly-defined technical projects within or across a small set of teams with mentorship from a direct manager or a more senior program manager
- Assist with documentation of requirements as needed
- Assist in coordinating stakeholder input and collaboration efforts when developing solutions to issues
- Keep program leads informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule
- Inform program lead of any risks/issues that impact the program
- Assist with technical, unambiguous projects
- Navigate delivery within scope of project/program
- Understand the different audience groups in the business unit/function that receive technical communications and how they differ from each other
requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience
- At least 2 years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner roles
- Proven track record in managing engagements for teams of 5+ FTEs
- Experience in at least 2 projects is required
- Expertise in Program Management
- Experience with Delivery Excellence and Project Management
- Familiarity with Agile Practices
- English proficiency at level B2+ is a must
