Chief Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Specialist

We are currently seeking a Chief Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Specialist to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. You will work closely with our business analysts and stakeholders to provide innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring that our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX system is running smoothly while providing value to the business.

responsibilities

Provide expert-level guidance and support on all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to provide innovative solutions to complex problems
Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level Dynamics 365 specialists, ensuring the quality of their work and their continued growth and development
Ensure that our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX system is running smoothly while providing value to the business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new features and functionalities
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement

requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
At least 1 year of experience in leading software development teams, demonstrating excellent leadership skills
Proven experience in providing expert-level guidance and support on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX
Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex problems
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring the quality of their work and their continued growth and development
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level Dynamics 365 specialists
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with an Upper-Intermediate level of competency for effective communication with the team and stakeholders

nice to have

Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX modules and related technologies
Experience in other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
