We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Salesforce Developer to join our remote team and lead our development efforts in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.

Our client is a leading provider of Electronic Health Records Systems and you will work on the development and implementation of a Patient Services Solution. As a key figure within the team, you will lead and inspire a group of talented professionals, enabling them to create industry-leading solutions for the healthcare sector.

  • Lead and mentor the Salesforce development team, fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning within the group
    • Develop and maintain effective development processes and practices that focus on automation, innovation, and efficiency
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in line with project goals and timelines
        • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions using best practices
          • Oversee the development and implementation of the Patient Services Solution in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud
            • Continuously evaluate industry trends and best practices to refine and implement the most effective Salesforce strategies
              • Guide the team in the development and deployment of scalable and efficient Salesforce Apex code
                • Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions
                  • Drive the team's organization and structure, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of projects
                    • Collaborate with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills
                      • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, working on large-scale projects and complex infrastructures
                        • At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience, successfully managing and inspiring a team of Salesforce Developers
                          • Proven track record of leading and implementing full-cycle design and architecture projects from scratch or participating in multiple projects across different stages of the development lifecycle
                            • Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, designing and implementing patient-focused solutions
                              • Solid experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, developing and implementing service-oriented solutions
                                • Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, developing scalable and efficient code in the Salesforce ecosystem
                                  • Strong understanding of Lightning Experience, developing responsive and engaging user interfaces
                                    • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model, ensuring data security and compliance
                                      • Experience in Electronic Health Records Systems, designing and implementing solutions that integrate with EHRs
                                        • Strong analytical skills, enabling effective problem-solving and decision-making in complex environments
                                          • Strong client-facing skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration to meet project objectives
                                            • Excellent organizational and structuring abilities, promoting the efficient delivery of projects
                                              • Upper-intermediate English language skills, allowing for effective written and spoken collaboration and active participation in meetings and discussions with the team and stakeholders
