Chief SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration Developer
We are seeking an experienced remote Chief SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration Developer to join our team and lead large-scale SAP implementation projects.
As the technical expert in SAP integration, you will design, evaluate, and document reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP systems. You will be responsible for providing input to architecture, security, and data standards, ensuring governance and compliance with these standards. Additionally, you will participate in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant in the integration area and build trustworthy relationships with customers.
responsibilities
- Lead large-scale SAP implementation projects as the technical expert in SAP integration
- Design, evaluate, and document reliable and scalable integration solutions for SAP and non-SAP systems using various technologies
- Provide input to architecture, security, and data standards, ensuring governance and compliance with these standards
- Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical consultant in the integration area and build trustworthy relationships with customers
- Collaborate with customers to present and explain solutions, gather NFRs, and operate with non-functional requirements and quality attributes
- Estimate work efforts related to integration development and technical architecture components
- Advise on SAP CIO Guides (On-premises / Cloud / Hybrid), Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), Application Extension Methodology, RISE with SAP
- Enforce best practices and a continuous improvement culture on the project
- Expand your knowledge and experience in SAP systems and beyond
requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
- Over 7 years of experience in SAP PI/PO and Cloud Integration
- At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in SAP ABAP in S/4HANA and SAP Process Orchestration
- Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, Kafka, and other technologies
- Ability to estimate work efforts related to integration development and technical architecture components
- Familiarity with SAP CIO Guides (On-premises / Cloud / Hybrid), Integration Solution Advisory Methodology (ISA-M), Application Extension Methodology, RISE with SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
nice to have
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Cloud Integration
- Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SAP ECC, and SAP Ariba
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Intelligence
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes
