content production manager

We are looking for a remote Content Production Manager (Chief Editor) with 4+ years of prior experience in creating content, content management, or a similar role who can:
- Research, ideate, and create content for the enhanced user engagement with EPAM Anywhere
- Manage content creation processes in alignment with specific audience needs and product’s areas of focus
- Recognize content gaps in the marketing funnel and proactively identify opportunities for content optimization (e.g., awareness, consideration, decision etc.)
- Make strategic recommendations for the best content formats
- Develop content marketing plans and actions to reach the right audiences, at the right time
responsibilities
- Work closely with the content strategy and SEO team to learn and react to content intelligence to inform our content production priorities and focus
- Be a champion for content management standard methodologies throughout the organization
- Strategic content development: Develop content briefs that guide content writers through large amounts of information — from primary research to industry topics to subject matter experts — to develop audience-centric content that can inspire and motivate our audience to interact with our resources
- Define and implement content excellence
- Following the style & tone guidelines designed for each brand, channel, platform and story
- Manage content development flows efficiently
- Cross-collaborate with the writers, designers, and content marketing teams to streamline workflows, improve their efficiency and quality
- Conduct process audits and gap analysis and use findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation/operations
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a file structuring system so that content is stored in a consistent, manageable way to make it easy to locate and repurpose as needed
- Oversee agency creative teams to ensure content is delivered on time, and in a proper format and file structure
requirements
- 4+ years of prior experience in content management, editing or a similar role
- 4+ years of prior experience in creating content, content management or a similar role
- A background as a writer and/or editor at publications is preferred
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with content strategists, designers, copywriters, researchers, product marketers, SEO managers and others to deliver quality content
- Experience with multi-channel content creation
- Skills in social and content management, including use of content management systems and other technologies
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing content that’s conversational and channel-specific
- Self-starter with proven track record of working in a dynamic, global marketing environment
- Strong communications skills and experience in storytelling
