Delivery Manager for an Automotive Company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Delivery Manager with proven experience in delivery management to join our team.

The customer is a global automotive industry leader. It manufactures vehicles in 27 countries and markets the company’s products in over 170 countries and regions.

responsibilities

Creating, defining and improving the project’s processes, workflows and long-term plans in close cooperation with the main stakeholders/owners of the project
Support team in dealing with risks, impediments and blockers
Coaching the team in Agile mindset
Tracking and reporting the progress achieved in performance of a project to the higher-level management and the client
Supporting the team in continuous improvement by monitoring their performance, creating and tracking metrics, as well as guiding teams in the techniques that will improve their performance

requirements

Proven experience in Delivery Management
Hands on experience in technology and software engineering practices with ability to supervise and suggest competitive technical decisions and assure a winning mix of delivery practices applied on the project
2+ years of relevant leadership experience
English B2+
