Java Solution Architect

We are in search for an experienced remote Solution Architect with a strong background in Java to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and with other teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.

Design and implement complex solutions that meet client requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture decision records and tradeoff analysis
Ensure software architecture meets high standards for availability, scalability, reliability, and resilience
Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration of software solutions
Monitor and coach junior members of the team

requirements

Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience with focus on Java
3+ years of relevant leadership experience
Minimum 3 finished projects with system design and architecture from scratch
Experience with Archimate and UML, design patterns, and integration patterns
Strong knowledge of security, logging, and monitoring
Experience working with agile methodologies, batch processing, and event streaming
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders
B2+ English proficiency
