EPAM Anywhere is a quickly scaling start-up within EPAM, building a platform that matches customers all over the world with a global talent network of freelance IT specialists and software developers.

We are in search of a creative remote Digital Marketing Specialist, who can support the growing digital needs of the small and medium engagement. You will share the responsibility for our digital platform, including the website, email marketing campaigns, and our social media profiles with a team member. Your goal will be to increase site traffic, drive lead conversion, and analyze metrics for campaigns with the intent to optimize our digital programs.

  • Oversee and drive digital marketing projects from planning to delivery, fulfilling consumer engagement & conversion goals while ensuring that projects meet business objectives and time and budget constraints
    • Conduct analytics assessments to assess current performance, uncover and quantify opportunities for digital experience improvement, and raise audience intelligence
      • Engage audiences with the company’s digital platforms through the creation and execution of digital content, social engagement, and technological innovation
        • Manage email communications to clients and prospects with input from our sales teams from creation to execution, including regular newsletters, feature announcements, lead nurturing, and research reports
          • Identify and analyze metrics to assess project performance and create a feedback loop to optimize the effectiveness of the digital communications program
            • Review new technologies and implement new developments in the field of digital marketing
              • Ensure that all digital content is on-brand, matching in style, quality, and tone of voice
                • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
                  • 6+ months of experience in digital marketing in a business-to-business segment
                    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
                      • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
                        • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar)
                          • Expertise in ad platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn, and Facebook for Business. Certification is encouraged
                            • Experience analyzing data and providing recommendations for SEO optimization and the broader business
                              • Familiarity with email service providers
                                • Problem-solver who uses critical thinking skills to prioritize and effectively project manage multiple projects
                                  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
                                    • Strong knowledge and understanding of current digital trends
                                      • A capacity for efficient cooperation and collaboration
                                        • Strong English writing and speaking skills
                                          nice to have
                                          • Understanding and experience in the software development service market
                                            • A background in delivery and/or project management
                                              • Experience in working with fully distributed teams
                                                • Knowledge in the fields of software development/product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall), and IT roles
