Junior Operational Specialist (no experience needed)

We are searching for a remote Associate Operational Specialist with excellent English skills, but no prior knowledge of IT.

This is a foundation-level role that provides training in technology profiles analysis and validation and the opportunity to partake in a global team.

responsibilities

Providing an analysis of IT specialists' profiles across different markets
Being part of building the EPAM brand and attracting the best talent for the company
Usage of internal company tools, systems, and documentation
Engaging with diverse departments

requirements

English skills at B2 level or higher
A minimum of 0.5 years of experience in administration, sales, IT research, or other relevant areas
Proficiency in MS Office
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The capability of analytical thinking and decision making based on past cases
Proactive nature and ability to adapt to business changes
Aptitude to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
Quick in learning new skills
