Lead Business Analyst
We're on the lookout for a Lead Business Analyst to become an integral part of our remote team.
The role involves reviewing, eliciting, and authoring formal specifications, as well as facilitating communication of business requirements between our development team and clients in order to design and implement effective business solutions. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and enhancing business processes within both our technology and business sectors. Furthermore, they will be required to propose and validate technical solutions to meet requirements, taking into account the likely impact on the business and stakeholders.

- Reviewing, eliciting, and authoring formal specifications and facilitating business requirement communication between development and clients
- Enhancing and developing business processes within technology and business sectors
- Recommending and validating technical solutions based on their potential impact on the business and stakeholders
- Offering technical guidance to junior Technical Business Analysts
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Applying a structured requirements process to evaluate near-term needs
requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a Business Analyst role, specifically focusing on SAP S4/HANA
- Proven experience in leading developer teams and managing successful project outcomes
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Requirements and Change management
- Expert skills in elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of client business needs and requirements
- Capability to propose and validate technical solutions, understanding their impact on the business and stakeholders
- A history of establishing and nurturing stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a high level of English fluency
nice to have
- Experience in researching and analyzing existing processes with an eye for recommending implementable, cost-effective tools within a project department or division
- Experience in monitoring metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and recommending new metrics
