We are currently looking for a remote Lead Business Analyst to become a part of our team.
Our customer is a Belgian company active in the market of forklift trucks, aerial work platforms, agricultural tractors, and industrial vehicles.
responsibilities
- Coordinating and validating work of Business Analysts across stream A
- Pairing up with engineering teams to create front end and backend backlog
- Business process documentation, user stories, requirements gathering and definition
- Problem definition and analysis
requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Sales and marketing domain business analyst with eCommerce background
- Stakeholder engagement, facilitation and Consulting skills
- Understanding of 2-speed IT model
- Knowledge of tools like Office, Jira/ Confluence etc.
- Well aware of automation, Devops, CI/CD, Cloud etc. to promote modernization to new ways of working
