We are actively recruiting a Lead Cloud Engineer with mastery in Terraform to be a part of our remote workforce. Our client operates on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and in this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in preserving and augmenting this infrastructure.   • Establish the appropriate structures and configurations to ensure the execution of the governance set by the client's cloud team
  • Develop, configure, and validate the OCI infrastructure for shared services used by all workloads deployed on OCI
  • Manage and oversee services employed by Fusion SaaS applications and HCM SaaS application
  • Assist in the migration process of the existing services used by Fusion SaaS applications and integrations
  • Display expertise about cloud architecture patterns and cloud best practices
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Familiarity with compartments, user groups, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Understanding of availability domains, Virtual Cloud Network (VCN), subnets, route table, VCN peering
  • Proficiency in internet gateway, Service Gateway, NAT Gateway, Dynamic Routing Gateway (DRG), load balancer
  • Experience with bastion, object storage, service hub connector
  • Knowledge of DNS forwarders
  • Experience with Database Cloud Service (DBCS), backup configuration
  • Proficiency in virtual machines (VMs), autoscaling, instance pool
  • Experience with OCI logging analytics and monitoring
  • Ability to generate maintainable Terraform code organized in modules to deploy shared and workload-specific services and infrastructures
  • Familiarity with systems and application configuration, logging, and monitoring
  • Some familiarity with Informatica and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platforms as well as with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
  • Advanced proficiency in English (B2+ level)
nice to have
  • Experience with other cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or other cloud technologies
