Lead Cloud Platform Developer (AWS)
We are seeking an experienced remote Lead Cloud Platform Developer to design, build, and manage our highly scalable, secure, and available infrastructure on Amazon Web Services for our client.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Terraform, as well as experience with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and Docker.
responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, build, and operational management of a highly scalable, secure, and available infrastructure
- Ensure that the infrastructure platforms are secure and can scale rapidly
- Respond swiftly to new and emerging security threats and vulnerabilities
- Create tools and automated workflow capabilities to enable software engineers to test and promote code with maximum velocity
- Work tirelessly to reduce or remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies
requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with primary skill in Amazon Web Services
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Must have experience with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Proven experience in designing and managing highly scalable, secure, and available infrastructure on AWS
- Strong understanding of Terraform
- Experience with Linux
- B2+ English level
nice to have
- Experience with Helm, CI/CD, and Jenkins
- Knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies
