Lead DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with primary skill in DevOps and expertise in artificial intelligence and large language models to join our team in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities will include working on LLM backend plugins, conducting research on artificial intelligence and large language models, and effectively communicating technical concepts to stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and document and report project progress while highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

- Conduct research on artificial intelligence and large language models to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Document and report project progress, highlighting key achievements and potential areas for improvement
requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a DevOps role or similar
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Experience working with LLM backend plugins
- Expertise in artificial intelligence and large language models
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level)
- Ability to work from the office on schedule
