Lead DevOps with AWS
We are looking for a remote Lead DevOps with AWS experience to lead the development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines within engineering teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Cloud Eng AWS Containers and should be able to facilitate DevOps principles to enable the adoption of DevOps culture.
responsibilities
- Support OEs in realizing the benefits of the Platform through effective, agile DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Define, promote, and implement technology best practices within the Platform team and promote the same more widely
- Participate in architecture decisions and provide design guidance for current and future projects related to our Digital Platform and cloud infrastructure
- Provide internal and external 3rd-level support related to infrastructure, Kubernetes, pipeline, and monitoring aspects of the Digital Platform
- Cooperate with different teams in IT
requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working as a DevOps engineer
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Experience in AWS cloud infrastructure designing and implementing improvements to support the digital platform and related containerized applications
- Hands-on experience in Cloud Eng AWS Containers
- Upper-Intermediate level in written and spoken English
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills
nice to have
- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and technologies
- Prior experience in the Insurance domain will be an added advantage
