Lead Front-End Developer
We are looking for a remote Lead Front-End Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of building scalable, high-performance applications using a robust tech stack, including Java and Angular (version 13+). You will be essential in developing the microservices that power our app while ensuring a seamless, engaging user experience through sophisticated front-end applications.
Your main responsibility will be to lead the team of experienced engineers and develop dynamic, responsive front-end applications using Angular. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the project to success.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project to success
- Develop dynamic, responsive front-end applications using Angular (version 13+)
- Use Redis for effective data caching and utilize ElasticSearch and PostgreSQL for advanced data storage and querying capabilities
- Provide the deployment and management of services on the Google Cloud Platform, focusing on scalability, security, and performance
- Regularly evaluate the application's performance, optimizing code and infrastructure to meet and exceed performance benchmarks
- Lead the team of experienced engineers and provide mentorship
requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Angular (version 13+)
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Proficiency with Java and SpringBoot
- Experience in database design, implementation, and management, with a focus on PostgreSQL
- Proficiency with REST API design and implementation
- Knowledge of Redis for effective data caching
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a systematic approach to addressing challenges
- Good understanding of agile methodologies
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- B2+ English level proficiency
