Lead Java Developer

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Design and implement messaging systems using Apache Kafka, ensuring reliability and scalability
  • Develop and deploy microservices using Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing performance and scalability
  • Ensure the quality of software solutions through automated testing, code reviews, and other quality control measures
  • Participate in design reviews, offering input on requirements, product design, and potential challenges
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other developers, contributing to their professional growth and development
requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development, demonstrating your proficiency in Java 8+, Kotlin, and SQL
  • Experience with the Spring ecosystem, specifically SpringBoot, enabling you to build scalable and reliable REST APIs
  • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, showcasing your ability to deploy and manage containerized applications
  • Experience with AWS
  • Familiarity with Apache Kafka and ApacheMQ, allowing you to design and implement efficient messaging systems
  • Experience with Linux, enabling you to operate in a Linux-based environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, facilitating effective communication
  • Ability to lead and mentor other developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling you to identify and solve complex technical challenges
  • Strong focus on teamwork and exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 1+ year of leading experience
nice to have
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
  • Experience in working with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or Cassandra
  • Experience with full-stack
