Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer
Join our remote team as a Lead JavaScript Developer.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in creating and maintaining web applications using JavaScript. You will be working with Node.js, SQL, and VueJS to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for our clients.
As a Lead Developer, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of JavaScript and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing web applications using JavaScript
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the software development process is efficient and effective
- Contribute to the development of software design patterns and best practices
- Ensure that software products are delivered on time and meet the requirements of the client
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the development process
requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in JavaScript development
- Experience in leading a team of developers in delivering high-quality software products
- Expertise in Node.js, SQL, and VueJS
- Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices for software development
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level of proficiency
