Lead Node.js Developer (AWS)
We are looking for a highly skilled remote Lead Node.js Developer to join our team, working with a global leader in software development tools.
As a Lead Node.js Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our internal systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also work closely with the People team to enhance the employee experience, building innovative technology solutions that transform the way our teams work. responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of internal systems, ensuring high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers, to deliver software solutions that meet user needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system stability
- Write documentation and develop best practices for the team, ensuring efficient and effective software development processes
- Build creative technology solutions to transform the way our teams work, collaborating with the People team to improve the employee experience
- Provide leadership and mentorship to other developers, guiding them in their professional development and growth
requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Node.js development, showcasing your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
- 1+ years of experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
- Hands-on experience in AWS, ReactJS, SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle RDBMS, REST, and BitBucket
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real time, highlighting your analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in writing documentation and developing best practices for the team, reflecting your attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to build creative technology solutions to transform the way our teams work, showcasing your innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+)
