Lead Node.js Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Node.js Developer to join our team, working on a cutting-edge project that leverages the latest technologies and frameworks. As a Lead Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements. You will be working with Amazon Web Services, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Meteor, NestJS, Koa, Express, and Node.js to build scalable and robust applications. responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design software solutions that meet their needs
- Design and optimize database schemas for various databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis
- Deploy cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, and Lambda
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by following best practices and coding standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Node.js development, demonstrating expertise in building scalable and high-performance applications
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, and Lambda, enabling you to design and deploy cloud-based solutions
- Experience with various databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis, and the ability to design and optimize database schemas
- Expertise in Node.js frameworks such as Meteor, NestJS, Koa, and Express, and the ability to choose the best-suited framework for a given project
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
nice to have
- Experience with other programming languages, such as Python or Java
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with serverless architectures and functions as a service (FaaS)
