Lead Node.js Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Node.js Developer to join our remote team, working on a cutting-edge project that aims to revolutionize the healthcare industry. As a Lead Node.js Developer, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest levels of quality and performance. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of developers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.

- Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions using Node.js and related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs, ensuring that software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance
- Mentor and lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional results
- Continuously improve software development processes and methodologies, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and specifications, ensuring that they are accurate and up-to-date
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Node.js development, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team
requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Node.js development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
- Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including EC2, S3, Lambda, and other related services
- In-depth knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis, enabling you to design and implement efficient data storage solutions
- Experience with Meteor, NestJS, Koa, Express, and other Node.js frameworks, showcasing your versatility and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software architecture and design principles
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and leading a team of developers
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and Angular
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and GitLab
