Lead Node.js Full-Stack Developer in GenAI
We're seeking a Lead Node.js Developer to join our remote team and help us accelerate the development of GenAI-based capabilities within our customer's products.
In this role, you will lead a team of developers to design and implement complex software solutions that meet our customer's needs. You will be expected to work closely with other team members and customers to identify requirements, develop software architectures, and drive the implementation of new features.

- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop software architectures, and drive the implementation of new features
- Ensure software quality by conducting code reviews and participating in testing and debugging activities
- Participate in the development of technical documentation, including requirements documents, design documents, and user manuals
- Drive continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in software development
requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Node.js and TypeScript/React
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
- Strong understanding of full-stack development principles
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with algorithms and data structures
- Experience with Docker
- Fluency in spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate Level)
nice to have
- Experience with LangChain and ChatGPT
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud services
- Experience with Playwright
