Lead Power Apps Developer

We are looking for a Lead Power Apps Developer to work remotely on our exciting new project.

In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and implementing business workflows from SharePoint in Azure Cloud using Power Apps. This project involves working with Microsoft Power Apps, Azure infrastructure, Landing Zones, Bicep, Business understanding, and Financial Services. responsibilities

Analyze and implement business workflows from SharePoint in Azure Cloud using Power Apps
Collaborate with the development team to ensure deadlines are met and a high-quality product is delivered
Lead and mentor the development team
Provide guidance on Landing Zones and Azure infrastructure
Conduct regular demonstrations to showcase product progress and collect feedback from stakeholders
Regularly review app performance metrics for optimization opportunities
Transform business requirements into actionable development tasks
Set clear priorities for the engineering team based on the product roadmap
Ensure adherence to software development best practices
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to cross-functional teams

requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Apps development
Expertise in Bicep and Integration Management
Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
Experience working with Landing Zones and Azure infrastructure
Excellent understanding of Business understanding and Financial services
Strong technical background with an understanding of APIs, web services, and integration technologies for smooth app operations
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken, at an upper-intermediate level
