Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer

We're in search of a Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer who can contribute to the creation and growth of our brand-new Salesforce Center of Excellence.

The primary role will involve gathering requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and crafting Salesforce CPQ functionalities. As a Lead Developer, you will be expected to guide and mentor less experienced developers, while staying abreast of the newest Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices.

responsibilities
  • Establishment and advancement of the brand new Salesforce Center of Excellence
  • Stakeholder engagement for understanding project requirements and ensuring alignment
  • Requirement gathering, solution designing, and Salesforce CPQ functionality development
  • Close collaboration with cross-functional teams for Salesforce CPQ integration with third-party systems
  • Testing and solution implementation
  • Provision of guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Staying abreast with most recent Salesforce CPQ developments and best practices
requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Salesforce CPQ Developer role
  • Track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Apex
  • Strong capability to understand and analyze project requirements
  • Validated experience in integration with third-party systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level)
