Lead SAP FICO Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled remote Lead SAP FICO Developer to join our team and lead the development of SAP FICO solutions for our E-commerce client.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day support towards business units using Convergent Invoicing and troubleshooting/debugging issues related to SAP BRIM, FI-CI, and general FI-CA. You will also be responsible for feature/modification intakes, testing, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Provide day-to-day support towards business units using Convergent Invoicing and troubleshoot/debug issues related to SAP BRIM, FI-CI, and general FI-CA
Manage feature/modification intakes, testing, documentation, and stakeholder management
Ensure timely resolution of Bit/Billable Item/Invoice corrections and correspondence
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve SAP FICO solutions and processes
Lead the development of SAP FICO solutions in accordance with business requirements
Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for SAP FICO development
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the SAP FICO development team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO solutions with other systems
Create and maintain technical documentation for SAP FICO solutions

requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO development
Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of engineers
Expertise in SAP S4/HANA and SAP BRIM (FI-CA / FI-CI)
Excellent code understanding and debugging skills for custom implementations around CI processes
Experience in E-invoicing and ODN Implementation (VAT Reporting)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English at a B2+ level
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
Proactiveness and a high degree of independence to lead and motivate team members
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and share responsibilities for the team's overall success
Experience in incident intake/handling
