Lead SRE Engineer
We are looking for a remote Lead SRE Engineer with a strong background in Java and Confluent Kafka platform to join our team.
The candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and 1+ years of leadership experience.
responsibilities
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Support of Confluent Kafka platform
- Maintainance and improvement the performance of existing systems
- Development of SRE tools
- Monitor and lead the other members of the team
requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience, and 1+ years of leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka platform and Java programming language
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka and messaging patterns
- Excellent communication skills
- B2+ English level
nice to have
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and Terraform
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
