Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Support Engineer to join our team.

The customer is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services for clinicians, accountants, lawyers, and tax, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory sectors.


  • Provide 2nd level support for business applications and environments
    • Take ownership of day-to-day customer, application and system problems as detected by monitoring and/or as escalated by Customer Service
      • Work closely with system architecture leads to measure and improve reliability and performance of customer-facing application environments
        • Work to improve operations of our mixed Unix, Windows and Cloud environments
          • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support


            • 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer
              • Experience with Windows Server
                • Experience Microsoft Azure
                  • Knowledge of SQL server
                    • Experience with a mixed Windows/Unix/Cloud enterprise environment
                      • B2+ level of English

                        Nice to have

                        • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
